There's something to be said about eating Pizza on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Its pure comfort and bliss. It gives me an excuse to skip on rice and to forgo my usual utensils. I can have my pizza and not
have to be bothered with washing up. On a risen
dough, I can unleash my creative and wacky self. It
depends on what mood I am in. It can be as homey as a Chicken with green onion. As elegant as Asparagus , Proscuitto, and truffle oil. As pinoy as Pinakbet and Dinuguan. 
Or as sweet as Banana Cream.
There can't be anything boring with Pizza.
